I noticed that when I get stressed out, I feel numb due to sensory overload. I need to do something else to get out of it. I can sometimes ruminate for a loooong time.

Super helpful “what to do” at end. I didn’t know sadhguru had a book. I didn’t see meditation but that also helps me
